No,doubt career opportunities in NGO has increased but most of the professional degree holders are reluctant of joining NGO. The main reason behind this fact is that most of the NGO’s offer a Salary package in between 1.5lac to 2.5lac per annum to which a professional degree holder say an MBAin thinks is being done injustice. If we look into the matter deeply we may find it correct to some extent also, as in this world everybody thinks of Return being greater than Investment then, why would a professional degree holder join an Ngo. But now the senerio are changing few top NGO’s do offer high packages but they are few in numbers. The time has come when we need to include the best minds so as to push a lift in the society. But the question still remain unanswered Will the NGO pay a heavy package in order to attract best minds who themselves are Non-Profit-Organisations????
NGOs are non-profitsiking, but the idias and lobour should have to purchase in a open market economy…………………
