Several initiatives are taken up by NGO’s from time to time. Most of the agenda is pre planned though there may be ad hoc cases or references owing to sudden problems faced by the connecting areas. Most NGO’s are very specific and their directives are well lined so that there is protection for the volunteers, members and also the public at large. NGO’s in India are being recognized as an important way to fuel the economic system by aiding progressive talents.
Some NGO’s are working towards the progress for children in the orphanages. This is a wide program wherein the children are given the emotional and physical growth to meet the challenges in life ahead. Nursing and caring for the children in a hygienic way and also looking into their self development is the directive of such NGO’s.
Usually the funds received via donations are well managed and are submitted for proper accounting directives. This way there is authenticity in the usage of funds. Several directives or stipulations need to be followed in case of rehabilitation of children or working for the upliftment of women. Most of directives are done during the formulation and the legal angle needs to be looked into to avoid problems
Daily rules also are adhered by volunteers who are given an identity card and registration number so that there is a protocol maintained. As per the governments directives there are guidelines that are required to be followed. NGO guidelines are clearly outlined during the commencement of the same. A similar spirit must be accorded in all the ancillary institutions situated inter and intra country. The ethics and principles have to be followed as per the stipulated method of conduct in all the services.
Implementing of the policies is also undertaken by a committee chiefly appointed to govern the goings on of the NGO. In case the NGO takes up environmental issues then the propaganda or plea to people must be conducted in a mass scale. Several organizations also talk about animal concern which is widely popular. Conservation of wild life or environment also involves the governmental directives which have to be followed at all times.

Hi,
I accept ur all points.
But practically whatever is collected funds those funds are not utilising properly.
In your words
“Usually the funds received via donations are well managed and are submitted for proper accounting directives. This way there is authenticity in the usage of funds. ”
What to do for this? In India, specially karnataka lot of funds are collected for floods. No accountability, No Usage, If it is used also, that is after a long period.
